ABOUT MONICA:

“I am a long time Bellevue School District mother and community advocate who is passionate about serving students and families.

My background is in public health and I graduated with a Master’s in Public Health from Eastern Washington University. I currently work as an Access to Care FIT (Family Initiated Treatment) Manager for the Washington State Health Care Authority, managing a legislative bill that allows an additional pathway for youth to access behavioral health services. My dedication to see change within our Bellevue School system, has allowed me incredible volunteer opportunities to work with youth, and I plan to continue to help transform our district vision and goals into reality through service.”
